One Mile Up, Inc. Software License
One Mile Up grants you the right to use one copy of this software on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., with a single CPU-central processing unit). You may not network the software or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time.
This software is owned by One Mile Up and is protected by United States Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may either (a) make one copy of the software solely for archival or backup purposes, or (b) transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for archival or backup purposes. You may not copy or scan the printed materials accompanying the software. Under copyright law, copying includes the translating to another language, platform, or format.

Site Licensing Information

Each collection is licensed for a Single User only when purchased. Those wishing to use Federal Clip Art on a Local Area Network may purchase a site license making the artwork legally available to multiplegraphics users. This licensing is priced according to two factors, the number of collections being licensed, and the number of graphics users. The minimum license begins with 10 users, the duration of license is indefinite, and there is no annual accounting of users. To qualify, a customer must have a common file server where the electronic art will reside as well as a method of metering usage.

To calculate your proper licensing fee using this chart, first take the number of users and multiply it by the appropriate dollar figure. To find the appropriate fee per user look at the number of collections purchased and move across to the right in the chart. The number which falls in the column relating to the number of users is the dollar figure PER USER.
